Chakra Restoration Sound Bath

"Chakra" in Sanskrit means "wheel." This refers to energetic centers in our bodies that flow in the way a wheel spins. I've focused on the 7 main Chakras in this sound bath: Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, Crown. Take a moment to focus on each chakra and area of the body independently.
