I am so grateful for this chakra alignment meditation. His voice and direction along with the ringing vibrations is very appealing. Definitely something I can do daily as I am trying to rid myself of Hypnic jerking I believe started as medication side effect and has continued for 8 months so far after discontinuing the medications. These jerks do not originate in the brain they just happen as a muscle memory causing my head and neck to shake violently as I try to enter the doorway to sleep. Thank you for this meditation ๐Ÿง˜
