For myself, meditation is more impactful when paired with movement. This is likely due to the anxiety I suffer from.

This worked for me. I feel calm yet also alert. I needed a pick me up right about now. As soon as I saw the title awhile back I was super curious about this meditation. I really enjoyed it. I like that you do it or talk us through it the entire time. That's motivating. Thank you.
I really liked doing the cat cow breathing early in the morning. It was like a little boost of energy to start my day!
After a year of seated Cat/Cow I was able to do Table Top. Wonderful. So energizing. Great way to start the day.
