I really enjoyed this morning meditation For myself, meditation is more impactful when paired with movement. This is likely due to the anxiety I suffer from. Felt great to stretch out my body as well as get some paced breath work in to start off my day! Thank you ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

Such a simple maneuver and yet ever nourishing Seated lying down in a bridge standing in chair Table top I visit this often. I had not thought it a waking up exercise but it certainly is!

This worked for me. I feel calm yet also alert. I needed a pick me up right about now. As soon as I saw the title awhile back I was super curious about this meditation. I really enjoyed it. I like that you do it or talk us through it the entire time. That's motivating. Thank you.
