Using my own body energy
I can use my own body energy to find a peaceful and calm feeling. It took awhile to achieve this feeling bc I have upper back pain and a toothache. I did the long version and that gave me time to letgo of most of the pain and enjoy the experience I was having. Right now the sky is overcast and I can’t see it or any clouds, maybe by the time I’m ready to leave for my first exercise class it will be clear and I will enjoy that experience too. Thanks 🙏 Irene

Tired but awake 😳
I tried to listen to 2 of Irene’s 7 min. meditations tonight and they were both cut off after 3 mins. I’m bummed bc I was really looking forward to drifting off to sleep with Irene’s soothing voice and calming relaxing meditation. I guess I will just try to envision what the rest of the meditation session was like. 😩

Message in the sky🌩
I’m grateful for this calmness and peaceful feeling. It reminded me of the walk I took shortly before sunset yesterday. As I rounded the corner of a block l was walking down l looked up at the sky and saw some very unique clouds. It was like writing in the sky, a message to feel happy and content and at peace with my day and with the place I’m at in my life right now. Thank you Irene, Namaste 🙏

I found the facilitator difficult to understand at certain points. It was as if she was too close to the microphone so she became difficult to do understand at times. The meditation ended suddenly and abruptly as if this was a longer meditation that was simply stopped at 3 minutes. The overall result was anything but calmness and peace.

I find all the meditations with this lady very difficult because I have such a hard time understanding her that it distracts from any calming or meditation.

I have reflected on this meditation previously and how it affected me in a profound way. I listened again this morning, life has been in a state of disarray for some time now ... but the peace that came to me as I listened has overtaken the painful aspects that have been going on in my life that I am unable to change. I am now much more peaceful which helps me be more accepting of these situations. Thank you, Irene. 🙏🏻Namaste 🙏🏻

it was nice to utilize find phone sets a way to calm down and just relax. I found myself I wanted to continue and really longing for this experience. I feel upset that I missed yesterday because this is always something that can ease my mind. I do whole-heartedly love mindfulness I'm glad I picked the practice backup. on the outside of me I didn't feel much, I only smelled this wonderful smell of fresh brewed coffee that awaken my senses further. from the inside of my body I felt a sense of calm.

This meditation reminded me of the importance of self care. Irene’s words held deep concern, like she truly desires to help those of us feeling ungrounded at times, to let go of anxieties associated with our walks in life. I wanted to listen to a calming meditation because I’m going to the dentist in a while to get a root canal done. Settling in my chair, I went inward to reach my breath. Because I wanted to experience relaxation but remain alert and energized at the same time, I began doing a wonderful breath technique I learned recently called the ujjayi breath. After taking some time to get comfortable with this breathwork, I visualized myself underneath a shower head with the crown of my head open up. Instead of water flowing out of the shower head, it was calmness and peace sprinkling out. Standing underneath this shower head, I became showered with these wonderful feelings from the top of my head to the tips of my toes. Being showered, my body became filled with tingling sensations. I am thankful for taking this time to give myself self care. I am thankful for this new day. I am thankful for this meditation created by Irene. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

Moment for Ourselves
It is important that everyday we take a moment for ourselves. It is essential to our mentally well being especially if you are responsible for taking care of others. It helps us to keep our cup full as well as being a good way to show ourselves some compassion. Finding a shady spot in my backyard to connect with the earth’s energy, I begin to inhale deeply through my nose and exhale slowly through my mouth. I do this a few times before letting my breath settle into breathing naturally. My breath feels like soothing waves. As I focus on this sensation as well as Irene’s soothing voice, I feel my body start to relax. All is good in this moment. My mind and body become grounded. Before I return back to my day, I take a couple of extra moments to look up at the sky. There are a couple of clouds floating by. I inhale deeply and then slowly exhale. I smile and thank myself for taking this time out for me. I return back to my day feeling calm and centered.

I thought it was difficult to sit when u are in panic but u should try and it works.
