Calming The Busy Mind
I really loved the addition of the opening and closing of the hands with the breath. It did help my mind to focus more. I will use this in my practice more often
Adding the addition of moving the hands really helped me to focus. My mind didn’t wander nearly as much as it usually does during mediation. This was great !
Baby steps
The act of opening and closing hands really did relieve my wandering mind.
