Sometimes we can feel stressed with racing thoughts in the mind. By using the breath and counting backwards, this can sometimes soothe the racing thoughts and support concentration on the body breathing. There is also a natural pause at the end of the out breath, which is another lovely space to rest your attention. This guided practice can support attention control with the breath and counting to stabilise the mind. I hope this short guided meditation supports ease today.
