This is really nice
I have listened to this twice this morning, and I thought that I’d share it with you on the second listening. It’s not really a Coffee Meditation, but to each their own! Have a Groovy day! ☮️

Clear your mind
Take deep breaths and just clear your mind. You will feel as if a weight has been lifted from your shoulders. Take a nice breathe in and out.

App
I’m not paying for this app I can just go to YouTube and get all these sounds for free. This is a scam.

I feel more pain than before meditating possibly bc my focus is on my body.
I need to learn to let go & release the tension in my body. I’m anxious over my pain & thoughts of beginning my infusion therapy for MS in less than a week now.

calm & rest
repeating the words calm and rest allowed my body to do just as it was being told, relaxing and releasing tension. as my body was calmed down, i focused my attention on calming my mind which i find harder as my thoughts are running all over the place, but i did my best to do so as well :)

Rest and Recharge
Perfect afternoon session to relax and recharge from a busy day. Sitting in a comfortable position letting my breath flow naturally, on every exhale I would silently say the word “resting.” This released any tension my body was carrying around from the day. Then to calm my mind, I would say silently the word “calm” to initiate stillness into my mind on every exhale. This worked very well at quieting my mind to bring it back to the present moment. Thank you Jess🧡 for bringing this meditation to my attention!🙏 It will be one I will definitely revisit.

Release
Resting the body, calming the mind. Release tension. Nice to tune out to tune inward midday.

Talking
The way they speak is too purposefully hypnotic that it’s all I can concentrate on it drives me a bit crazy :/

Calm and rest
Say to yourself on the outbreath resting, resting, resting. Invite tension to let go with each breath. Invite the mind to rest

1st at home meditation
I learned that you don’t have to go anywhere special to get peace, go in your safe quiet spot and block out everything but those wonderful birds chirping and water flowing picturing a sun with a little clouds setting and breathe. I am going to try this to see if it can help, why not?! Obviously my way isn’t working anymore.

Calming resting
Calm the mind and rest the body. I was able to bring my phone outside into the sunshine so much nicer than sitting inside a dark and chaotic room. My thoughts are slightly more positive after listening to this. The sun on my skin makes all the difference

My first meditation
The first session that I did I felt calm and relaxed. I think next time I will find a better position to do the meditation. I really enjoyed it! 🥳

Calming, resting
I loved this two step process, the resting of the body first and then the calming if the mind
