Anger is a powerful emotion. It is a very human emotion. When managed well, anger can even be motivating. But when anger is not managed well, it can sometimes cause unnecessary pain to you or those around you. The 7/11 technique can help you to manage anger by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. This will help your body to relax. You can think more clearly and make more reasoned decisions.

My 1st attempt at mindfulness. Breathing is actually a physical way to help dissipate anger.

i loved this meditation, not just because it taught me how to manage my anger better, but it also gave me reasons to why this is a healthier option and what deep breathing actually does for my body!
