Affirmations for Calming
Right now all I have to do is breathe. Storms are temporary. I choose calm over chaos. When I feel myself getting excited I need to remember these affirmations, because when I put it in this context it calms my spirit. I would like to get the point that this becomes automatic and don’t have to give it much thought.

I can always stop and choose to be calm. I choose calm over chaos. I am calm and at peace. I am calm and relaxed within.
