Breathe NOW
Had a really emotionally charged day in which my amigdala was majorly triggered, and I had a hard time right till this moment to calm down. This session helped a ton. Great reminder that I canโt breathe in the past, nor in the future, but only now. Doing that helped me get rooted in my present where Iโm safe and not in immediate danger. Thanks. ๐๐ผ
