I started my morning before my meditation today. I prefer to do it upon waking up when the house is more peaceful. I'll do that from now on.

Meditation before bed has helped my sleep cycle. It has been easier to fall asleep and I hope to start meditating earlier in the night to sleep at a more reasonable hour.

I did it!
I promised myself I'd briskly walk 2 miles and then meditate this morning before beginning my day. Its my 1st time in years. Now I feel surprisingly good considering my truncated AND interrupted sleep last night. Today I'll make a conscious effort to "Breathe In Calm, Breathe Out Peace" to keep my anxiety at bay.
