I struggled to relax. I recently had a panic attack and to be honest the hangover has been the worst. I wish I could just heal. I am not comfortable in my own body and that hurts me and frightens me.

I need to practice doing the box breath as sometimes I feel like I am counting too fast and counting along with the session leader is very helpful.
