Gather yourself inward and for a few precious moments, stop focusing on the external environment and what's going on out there. This session will give you intentional inward focus. Find the inward calm and strength, no matter what is going on right now. We use a classical and effective yogic breathing technique to hone our focus and calm the mind.

Loved this meditation .... in the rat race we are never far from ourselves ... just breathe!
When it seems we have "no time" to meditate is when we need it the most!

Coming home to my breath
Returning to my breath left me feeling like I would imagine home should feel like. Often in my life I have not felt safety in the geographical temporal locations I called home, but returning to my breath felt safe, and comforting.

Wonderful!
I thought the left nostril / right nostril focus was a great idea, makes a lot of sense to use that as a focus point to sharpen one's concentration on one thing only. Thank you!

I learned that breathing is relaxing, it's stopping myself from wondering off. Bring it back is
Little harder after doing theses short lessons to not focus on what is going on around me, and focusing on my body is telling me. I will have to keep going back to myself everyday several times a day

Inner peace is right at your reach, take a couple moments every day to pause and focus on your inward self. From there breath easy. And youโ€™ll learn more about your inward self.

Second attempt at meditation.
I don't struggle as much to focus inwardly when there are fewer stressors in my personal life to distract me.

Calm Inward Focus
I learned that inward awareness can be started by just noticing the breath in and out and we can slowly focus on the center within.
