Finally relaxed 1-2-18
I learned that by truly focusing on my inner self I can finally relax for what feels like in a super long time. This meditation helped me get out of a day of anxiety as well as depression, and is saved for other days like it. I enjoy being relaxed and calm, and I am happy to go to sleep in this mood.
