I have everything I need,
Katie’s supportive guided meditations, like this one, allow us to beautifully and remember the simple fact that what and who we are *is enough*. We can just be. For me, that helps when I encounter anxiety or negative thoughts. I don’t need to fight it (which just exasperates it). I can just be, because I already have everything I need to get through those moments into positive living.
In this beautiful meditation, we shed all of our conditioning and return to the place where there is no beginning nor end. This comforting place we call home. I closed my eyes and gazed inward. My senses were illuminated when I gazed inward. I noticed areas of pain and tension in my body competing with the clouds of thoughts floating in my mind. As I listened to Katie’s soothing voice, I allowed all to be here. In this state of allowance, there was a softening that arose in my inner landscape. Nothing to do, nobody to be, I was free to just be me. Nestled in my home, I watched how this inner landscape change moment to moment as I remained in stillness. In stillness, I remember that everything I ever need is right here in this comforting place I call home. Thank you, Katie! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
There is much calm in knowing I can just be
Taking just these few moments to simply be, to not have to accomplish… helped me come to a place of feeling prepared to move into my day.
Just sitting in quiet for a few minutes can make so much difference and help you clear your head!
I felt calmness when she said I don’t have to live up to anybody’s expectations since I already believe that but I needed to hear it.
