Emotions of anger..
I’ve learned that whenever I feel angry, I need to ask myself why I feel angered. If I am angered by what someone said why do I feel that way? I then consciously shift my mindset to one of love for me and then share that love with the person who “I allowed” to cause me to feel that way.

This medication was so nice. It was Calming. I was so relaxed that I drifted away. Then it was over So fast I could believe the time went so fast. I really enjoyed it🌻🌼🌻

I was trying to relax with the meditation even though my dog decided to go crazy barking at the mailman. It gave me an opportunity to not react and push through. I yelled at her to stop barking after the meditation so I know I have a ways to go....

A little Calm & Rest
This was a interesting session telling my body how to feel. I wish it would have lasted longer. I was just starting to relax when it ended. It did make me feel relaxed & calm but I will need to try another meditation 🧘‍♂️ session to completely unwind and sleep 🌙
