Feeling worried
I do not worry too much, if I focus on my day rather than just thinking. If I actually get up and complete my thought via action. I feel calmer. But also I like too keep myself busy to withdraw my mind from any negative thoughts.

Make yourself comfortable
There’s a saying a surgeon said once, “it’s uncomfortable but it’s not painful”. There are times hen we mentally over estimate a problem just for the simple fact of fear in the mind. If you psychologically trick yourself into realizing that there is no pain and the only negative is temporary discomfort you can now move into having control of the problem. Now you have turned the issue into one that is controllable. It was uncomfortable driving a car for the first time until you got used to it and told yourself you’d be okay. The same goes for the mind. If you feel uncomfortable you have all the power to change that by telling yourself it’s okay or it’s temporary. Learn to make yourself comfortable. More times than not the discomforting situation is just hard and your body isn’t used to you pushing yourself to this limit.

Calm and grounded
Stillness like the flat surface of a pool on a calm summer night. I submerge beneath the water holding my breath and become one with universe. Then I rise slowly, exhaling like a whale through its blow hole, breathing deep once again before disappearing back into the magnificent depths, immune to stress, disharmony, and ‘the thousand natural shocks that flesh is heir to’.

I find this also helps if you also Think positive thoughts all day and eat something sweet all day like your favorite candy bar or favorite cookie do you take one in the morning when you wake up one in the afternoon and one at night and also one in the afternoon when one at desk one at dawn to. And there is a reason they call rice crispy treats treats. is what I’m trying to say.

Fatigue and anxiety and depression and nerves
I need to de stress and become less nervous and on edge and anxious and irritable. Unable to focus sometimes too. I am always on edge or stressed or depressed or anxious. So this relaxation session was very good.

Feeling peaceful
This meditation left me feeling incredibly peaceful and relaxed. I actually did in the evening, even though it is meant for the start of the day but I found it really helped me relax and switch off for the evening!

Breathing in calmness & looseness
I imagined breathing in calmness for my mind and looseness into my body. My day at work has been stressed and I often get tense in my body. This was a nice break.
