I know the facts in question, and I'm registering these "old thought patterns," but unfortunately there are no concrete tips/new beliefs. It doesn't help me like that.
I knew these facts in a disconnected manner of science and study of human growth and development.

Changing core beliefs
I learned that the negative messages we perceive childhood , become part of our internal dialogue and May affect our self-esteem as adults.
I learned that the title of ‘shame & guilt’ placed upon me like a crown at 4 years old is where this all began…..and how the shame and not good enough has plagued me. I can now choose positive thoughts and learn a new way of thinking of myself!❤️I am worthy.
Building Healthy Core Beliefs
This could have been made for me. Every word hit home. From a critical unloving father & an abusive husband I learned to believe I really had no self worth. My family is very cold. No touching, hugging, kissing. As a result I crave intimacy. I hug everybody. I love helping people. I love having people around me. I open my home to anyone who wants to stay. Sometimes I seek intimacy from the wrong people.
I noticed that my inner beliefs are very negative
I can reprogram my mind. Those inner thoughts and feelings don’t have to persist. I can shake this deep down feeling that I’m not good enough, now I just need to know how. I hope to find the answer here.
