What a great concept! Taking a habit you want to add to your life as well as identifying a habit that is part of every day for you. Like drinking coffee in the morning for instance. Then you "habit stack". You incorporate that new habit you wish to establish with the current one. Like, every morning when I have my coffee, I will meditate afterwards. I'm going to use this strategy more often to create healthy habits for myself.
