Nice Visual Trip ๐Ÿฌ๐ŸŒŠ
I was feeling pretty good before I listened to this meditation. Now after the nice visualization and finding a safe place to hang out for awhile I feel even better! My nice place was a coastal area Iโ€™ve never been to. Thanks Irene! Namaste ๐Ÿ™

Calming Place ๐ŸŒŠ ๐ŸŒŠ
I was surprised to quickly discover that my calming place was sitting on the white sand beach of Tortola, British Virgin Islands, mesmerized while watching and listening to the lull of the aquamarine waves gently rolling ashore in perfect sync with my breath. It was very relaxing. I will hold this visualization in my memory when I need to quiet my thoughts.

Blowing Bubbles
It is a beautiful Spring day outside. I feel the warm sun shining on my face. I am standing in a field of wildflowers blowing bubbles. The bubbles are all different sizes. I am watching the colorful bubbles travel to the sky. I am smiling and feel happy. During times of stress, I can always travel to this place in my mind to find calm and happiness. Namaste.๐Ÿ™

It is a beautiful day today, although itโ€™s autumn it feels like spring. I imagined all the beautiful nice places I have been to or I have seen in movies. Usually I think of beaches but today I thought of mountains in spring, Mt Aspiring to be exact. Such a beautiful place to be. A bit wishy washy today with my comments but I think thatโ€™s a good thing โ˜บ๏ธ

Happy place
Whenever you find yourself in a difficult situation or in the confort of your home, think about your happy place... or happy moment. In this meditation, we are told to think about blowing bubbles from our mouths and to see them shine with the sun's light to see the positive things in life. Take a deep breath and let go of the bubbles.

Bubbling...
I was in a big room blowing bubbles but it was dark and not much fun. Next I moved over and was standing in a doorway blowing bubbles to the outside and watching them light up as they floated out of the shade and into the sun. Looking closer at them I could see crazy colors swirling around on their surface. So, I went out in the sunshine to watch the colors on them sparkle & swirl. They kept getting bigger and more colorful and I kept wanting to see them up close. Then i heard Irene say to feel my body relax and feel the space in me ... as I felt myself start to relax, I let my head get closer to one of the bigger bubbles and I was actually pulled inside of it! The brightness was incredible and the dazzling colors spectacular! It was quiet as I watched them swirl and mix and felt myself floating on the light breeze. Very magical indeed!! Then I heard Irene talking again and I was back outside my bubble & blowing her โ€œThank Youโ€ bubbles as she was walking away waving to me... Namaste โค๏ธ๐Ÿ”˜๐Ÿ€

Purifying...
Sitting down, I began to blow out bubbles out of my mouth. As I watched how the bubbles seemed to dance as they floated in the air, I became intrigued by how the glimmer of sunlight filtered through each bubble and revealed their true colors. Emptying all the energy that no longer served me in the form of blowing bubbles, I felt a lightness overcome my body, as if I became a bubble myself. Going along with this fun experience, I began to dance in the air. Inside this bubble, I was surrounded by trees, wildflowers and wildlife. The sky was a magical kaleidoscope of vivid colors. As I walked along a trail, I sensed oneness. I sensed aliveness. I sensed joy. Sensing Ireneโ€™s voice once again, I knew it was near the end of the meditation. As I began looking around my magical nature sanctuary one last time, I sensed a longing of not wanting to go. Even so, it was time to go. As I exited this bubble, I went through a wall of water and became soaked. Being soaked by this water, I felt rejuvenated and I sensed wholeness. Thank you Irene for this purifying experience!
