The purpose of this open-mouth breathwork session is to clear the mind and release any tension that you may be feeling. You will breathe in a stronger inhale with a relaxed exhale. It also is a nice "reset" button to bring you back to a state of balance. Continue breathing during the entire session even if you hear affirmations such as "it's safe to let go."
