The purpose of this easy and quick breathwork session is to reach a state of present moment awareness. By staying present with each inhale and exhale, we are learning tools to gain more presence in our daily lives. Being present is where the magic is! Continue breathing during the entire session even if you hear positive affirmations such as “Here I am, just breathing.”

Covid
We’ll, I just tested positive for Covid. I don’t have any serious symptoms, but I will have to quarantine for 10 days. Hrumph.
I liked the breath work meditation. It was a good way to calm myself. And get rid of the anger.
