The purpose of this breathwork session is to forge a path of forgiveness for oneself. We can use the breath to release tough emotions such as guilt, shame, and regret and replace them with self-acceptance, self-love, and forgiveness. Once we can truly forgive ourselves we can forgive others.

I was distracted
I need to blow my nose before breathwork And put my phone down and commit to the session
I was intuned
The breath work did wonders for me. It brought me back in tune with myself. I was able to release and forgive myself and others.
