Reconnect with Self
This intense breathing meditation was a great way for me to reconnect with myself, with my breath, and bring me back to the present moment. I feel relaxed and grounded. If I had more time this afternoon I would of definitely continued this practice on my own.
Renewed Energy
I decided to revisit this meditation to start my day. This is an intense breathing session that helps get rid of any negative energy within your body and breath in new life. I am feeling renewed, grateful for this new day, and centered.
I am truly connected too my breathe and body. Feeling space from all the issues and anxiety!
