This breathwork session is designed as a tool to use when you are feeling triggered or when something is bothering you and you can't figure out why. In this exercise, you will use a tri active (three part breath pattern all through your mouth) to tap into your body, allow yourself to become more aware of the parts of you that are feeling triggered, and to work through these thoughts and feelings as you breath.
