When you are procrastinating, stuck in bed, and it's hard to transition from one task to the next, use this breakthrough tool to help you shift into the part of the brain that will get your body moving and into 'the next light step'. You will feel a renewed sense of inspiration when you've disconnected from the brain state of analysis paralysis and into a place of flow in your body.

Countdown
I know identifying good, small next steps works and am looking forward to trying the countdown approach to get me started. Namaste

I lost dad two months ago, it was sudden and traumatic.
I am stuck in the moment every day, when I open my eyes, I can’t believe he’s gone. I will try this technique- thank you

Last night
I learned to count out loud from 5 backwards to start a task. I struggle most at the end of the day from the washing up part onwards so this could help me push through the clearing up all the way through to getting ready for bed without randomly browsing on the internet which is my weakness when I can’t be bothered or am tired!

I felt this meditation resonate with what I’m going through right now I lost my dad and like you I feel numb depressed not able to get out of bed for weeks and you are right I’m not allowing myself to
I learned that in order to break out of this dog space is to count backwards from five and just get up and do whatever it is that I’m procrastinating
