Take a moment out of your busy day to breathe and cultivate kindness. Kindness is so important to help melt away daily stressors and yet it can often be overlooked. Take 3 or 7 minutes out and bathe in kindness. Please note: If you are struggling with your mental health it's really important to seek professional help. Breathing with Kindness
Upon each breath, I spoke the positive changes I want in my life, it was awesome!! Oh how focus I was and I felt a calming sense of peace and assurance with each breath.
This morning I woke up with anxiety and have carried it with me throughout my day. This causes me to have bodily pains internally and externally as well as not feeling emotionally stable. This meditation allowed for me to be in touch with the phrases and words that take away my anxiety and speak truth into my day. This is a session that I will not forget 💗
I learnt that to come back into a mindful and loving head space, being kind and understanding towards yourself is powerful ❤️
To breathe with the intention of being well, being at ease and being happy. Let the breathe move with the words. Place your hand on your heart.
I want to be able to treat myself with kindness and love, no judgment and no harsh words from myself...only love.

I learned that sometimes it takes only a moment to focus and feel quieter
I need to go into the meditation with a purpose. Otherwise, my mind wanders

Being kindness comes from yourself first before others. Treat yourself well, be kind to your body, and you are on the way to resonating kindness.
