Take a moment out of your busy day to breathe and cultivate kindness. Kindness is so important to help melt away daily stressors and yet it can often be overlooked. Take 3 or 7 minutes out and bathe in kindness. Please note: If you are struggling with your mental health it's really important to seek professional help. These meditations are not a substitute for that but can be used along side therapy to help to support you. For more on Carla-Jo and her work please see www.carlajo-mindfulness.com

Breathing with Kindness
Upon each breath, I spoke the positive changes I want in my life, it was awesome!! Oh how focus I was and I felt a calming sense of peace and assurance with each breath.

This morning I woke up with anxiety and have carried it with me throughout my day. This causes me to have bodily pains internally and externally as well as not feeling emotionally stable. This meditation allowed for me to be in touch with the phrases and words that take away my anxiety and speak truth into my day. This is a session that I will not forget 💗

To breathe
To breathe with the intention of being well, being at ease and being happy. Let the breathe move with the words. Place your hand on your heart.

It starts with you
Being kindness comes from yourself first before others. Treat yourself well, be kind to your body, and you are on the way to resonating kindness.
