Emotional Round Table
I was reminded that I am not my emotions, but am simply a soul having an emotional experience. My emotions are like the knights of King Arthur's round table. They all have a say and all are welcome. I may not agree with them at the moment, but I value their input.

The breathe is always present in the moment
I learned that the breathe is always present in the moment because we're breathing in real time without even being aware of it. A good reminder to stop and take a moment to focus on the breathe and be present.
