While listening to this meditation, I realized I began to smile more and more while breathing out. It feels great to smile. 😊

Great way to start the day, really made me let go of the thoughts and anxiety I have in the morning.
mornings should always be peaceful. I feel like it’s always important to start your day with some deep breathes and always remember everything’s gonna be okay.

I find Jiva’s voice soothing and comforting. During this meditation on the out breath you gently smile. I found myself after a couple of minutes during this practice smiling on the in breath as well. 😀

Breathing out - smile
It’s a lovely concept. But for those who’s mind isn’t quite ready to do the smiling thing, it’s kind of difficult. Yes, it did calm and relax me, but as all meditations, i found that I had to think of things or instances that made me happy.

It’s impossible to ALWAYS be happy or smiling, while facing our daily lives; every hardship, anxiety filled days, those days that we are unmotivated to get out of bed. Keeping a positive attitude will help with bettering the outcome of the day, pat yourself in the back or compliment yourself for the little or big efforts, because for you, it wasn’t so little after all. Be kind to yourself and acknowledge that you have come this far and that is something to be proud of. Smile, because you are here. Smile, because you are strong. Smile, because you are you.

It has been a painful and challenging day and I did feel uncomfortable physiological reactions to the meditation that I think are just about my current physical and emotional state.

Very Good Meditation
I found this practice to be very relaxing and also it made me feel a bit lighter if that makes any sense. I think this is definitely a meditation I will do again.

Putting my hand on my chest as I breathe really helps me to be a bit more conscious of each breath. I’m smiling!

Such a simple but power-full session! Smile every time you exhale... let the mind wander “it’s what it does best” then call it back and refocus on smiling on the next out breathe. Simple... Breathe out & Smile... Repeat... ❤️🙂🍀 P.S. A soft answer may turn away wrath, But a soft smile invites joy & happiness!

I felt so uplifted after this meditation, like a whole new me.
I learned that by just the act of putting a smile on my face, even if I have to FORCE it, makes me automatically feel happy. The forcing it is like letting go of that belligerant negative stubborn self will, dropping the rock, surrendering and handing my life over to living nourishing Source to take care of me. Forcing a smile also puts me immediately in gratitude if I was in resentment.

The reminder to smile reminds me to be happy with my life. Heading to Beall to see school and room. Not looking forward to the drive but looking forward to a new beginning.
