The purpose of this short breathwork session is to connect our breath with positive affirmations in order to anchor in the intention of more compassion, forgiveness, and love, first for ourselves so then we can hold this for others. We will breathe with an open mouth, “body map” the compassion points around our heart, and vocalize with toning. Continue breathing even when you hear me say, “I breathe from my heart.”
