Intentionally breathing in kindness. You especially need kindness right now and you can breathe this in for yourself. Breathing out whatever you don't need right now - intentionally letting go of difficulty.

I liked the breath in what you need and breath out/let go of what you
You breath in what you need and breath out/let go what you don't need. Need calm and peace before the storm so I can best manage the rough waters.

Breathing
This meditation reminds me of the old movies when a drowning victim is being revived, "in with the good out with the bad". Guess what..... I feel revived , thanks for the life preserver.

What I need
I didn't know I needed kindness right now, but you were right! Funny how I can think I'm doing well and not realize my need for nourishing myself, and then I hear these words. Thank you!

This is a great way to start my morning
To remind myself throughout the day to breathe in what I need and just breathe out and let go of what I don't, of what may bother me.

Hurting & aching
Anger gave way to hurt, ache, and longing. Hurt because I want touch those I love. Ache because I want to feel more connected. Longing because I know what love feels like & I want more. As I drift off to sleep my loves that are close enough to touch will be on my mind. I can't wait for the day that we r close enough to hold each other in our arms.

Bad day? This helps.
The breathing exercises are seriously helpful for helping me to cope with my depression. I hate it that no one can understand my depression, but that's the difficulty that I released with this exercise. If people were more aware that it's not a selfish act, maybe I would be happier. But, it's still evident in my life. Really wish I could find a medication for it that wouldn't make me sleepy.

Breathing in kindness
This meditation taught me how precious breathing can be. Every time I breathed in, I imagined it to be a big bear hug from someone who loves me. I hope to find this mindfulness when I encounter difficult moments throughout my day.

Need to forgive
I learned no I’ve known this pent up hurt has been eating away at me for years. I had to confront it yesterday and it turned into anger within causing my anxiety to heighten. My meditation has helped me to first forgive myself now I need to forgive the person that has hurt me. Forgiveness is my key to turn myself around. I am going to be working on this through meditation.

I have to let go of things I can’t control
Some things just have to happen and I can’t keep them as if they’re only mine. I am not the only overworked person. I am not the only person who feels tired being “on” all the time. I can’t keep these to myself. Because they’ve been someone’s at other times. And that’s Kelly where their kindness and compassion comes from.
L
Lex
A little give and take...
I thoroughly enjoyed visualizing the negative energy that has been consuming me being forced to leave my self by simply breathing it out. I also enjoyed breathing in kindness, I imagined all of my loved ones smiling and laughing with me.

Not there yet
I learned that even a little improvement can mean a lot. I have been sick and extremely tired all day and didn’t have great expectations for my session. But I didn’t want to skip it, especially since was only my second time with Aura. It didn’t feel like the lesson was going very well, but when it was finished I did feel better. I’m still tired, but I’m not as sad as I was just a few minutes ago!

It’s hard
Life can be hard sometimes… But there’s no use in holding onto all of the hardships that happen or the pain that you feel. Letting go of all the negative is key- so I can learn, grow, and flourish.

Monday morning

Be kind
Kindness to others is always a priority, but I don’t think internal peace is possible without that same kindness shown to yourself. Through the successes, challenges, and failures, I need to remember to tell myself exactly what I’d tell a good friend in that same situation. Then don’t ruminate—always look forward.

Self love vs. self loathing
I took this meditation to another level and applied self love to my in breath, then applied self loathing to the out breath. I have difficulty living myself and find it easy to loathe myself. This shouldn’t be and so this is a daily practice I want incorporate into my day so that things can shift.

Accept and Release
This meditation is such a precious gift. This evening was my second experience with this meditation. Both times, when breathing in kindness, tears began streaming down my face, perhaps because the acceptance of kindness was so needed and allowed me to acknowledge the lack of self-kindness and self-love and to release sorrow and self-critical noise.

Divorce
I don’t want to leave my wife. It’s been two months and she has already moved on. I still hope she will stop drinking and wake up. I’m thankful for letting go of a toxic relationship but it still hurts so much. Let it go, serenity, courage, and wisdom.

Moving forward isn’t easy
I learned that with this meditation my mind was still racing of constant worry of this heartache I’m going to encounter and feel the roll coaster of emotions .... my body needs healing everyday and I’m learning that. Taking more breaths helps and letting go of my anger cause i will not let it consume me. God is the divine and the beach waves in this meditation sounded a lot like god would be peaceful , kind , gentle , flowing into my life , and sound. I’m strong yet I battle myself , so I hope I learn to release more as the sessions go on.

Breathing Kindness In
I learned that it’s vital for us to take moments for ourselves and to just breathe and be kind to ourselves and our bodies and mind! Life is busy and full of stressful situations and throughout our day it’s important that we take time to stop and pause and breathe and release all the negativity and things that are serving us. I felt at peace. It felt great to release all the negativity and truly just breathe in happiness and kindness and give my body exactly what it needs right now. With so many things that I’m juggling and some things I’m dealing with. Being a mom, wife, working full time and going to school full time this was very helpful to start my day and a great reminder for me to do through my days. We must remember to not hang on to negativity or things that don’t serve us for too long and let them affect us, so this was a great reminder for me and helped me to stay true to my mindful self, cause lately I’ve felt myself slipping into more negativity and stress. I will be doing this mediation more often. I truly enjoyed it and feel so refreshed 😌🥰

I need to learn how to forgive myself over my mistakes. It happens. Life happens. It's okay. I should stop worrying about what others around me are doing and I should start focusing on what I need at the moment. What I need is kindness. I need to heal myself. Remedy the gaps in my understanding of things. It's difficult for me. But I need to at least try. Everything is going to be okay.

Coloring...
This was a great session!! Breathing in kindness was a fresh green color that came into my lungs and filled them all with green kindness. Then breathing out started out as black as I released all procrastination from my body and life. Breathing in more green, I saw it start to color the rest of my internal organs with this soft green goodness that made me feel happy. Then out with some deep red anger that had been festering hidden deep inside me somewhere- I forced ALL this red air out of my body and waited a few seconds to make sure it was all gone. Then deeply breathed in so much fresh green goodness that my whole body was colored green. My final breath out saw this grayish hue of dissatisfaction & disappointment exit my body - leaving me with a glowing green goodness to take into the day. Great way to start the day as I head out to the 2nd day of my Concept Therapy class. Feeling so wonder-full & power-full...!!! Hope everyone has a fantastic day! 💚💪🏼🍀

When someone, with less class then myself, asks for $5,000 and I give it to them and they don’t have the decency to send a thank you note, I really have to accept this. People that don’t have any social graces at all, really piss me off. They make me tense up and it hurts. I have to know that if I had listened to my intuition this would never have happened. People do let you. Know who they are, at the first time.

Balancing...
Settling on the bench, I became aware of this body breathing. Sitting for a short time while observing this breath, I became grateful for this moment. Following Kristy’s lead, I began to breath in balance into my body by visualizing the colors of my chakras. On my out breath, I forced all difficulties that cause my chakras to be imbalanced out of my body. Breathing in the color red, I felt confidence and energy building in my body. On my out breath, I blew out any low self esteem as well as energy that no longer served me. On my next in breath, I visualized the color orange and felt my creative juices begin to flow. On my out breath, I let go of any doubt and despair. Breathing in the color yellow, kindness and happiness began to fill my body. On my out breath, I let go of any anger and frustration. On my next in breath, I visualized the color green entering my body and felt love spread throughout. On my out breath, I blew out any fear I had. Breathing in the color blue, my expression to be who I am was set free. On my out breath, I blew out any difficulties I had associated with communicating effectively. On my next in breath, I visualized the color indigo and felt calm and put trust in the Universe. On my out breath, I let go of any indecisiveness and distrust. Finally, I breathed in the color purple and felt peace fill my body. On my out breath, I let go of any anxiety I had. Breathing in these colors, I have balanced my chakras. Thus, I am at peace. I am calm. I am loving. I am organized. I am creative. I am confident and full of energy. This is something I may begin to do on a regular basis so I may be balanced every day. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

Meditate everywhere, meditate anywhere
We always focus on the exhale and releasing tension, I like how we also incorporated breathing in something we need. A word, feeling, color, image. And also releasing what you don’t need on the exhale; difficult emotions, negativity, pain, tension.

This helped me tonight 11-11-2020. I've had a lot of downs these past few years, and my grandma was from Australia and i loved hearing her voice, and your voice almost matches hers and was very relaxing, i miss her a lot as she passed from cancer, I've been carrying pain and stress for so long with everything that i really didn't know how much i needed this particular one 💜💚
