Hurting & aching
Anger gave way to hurt, ache, and longing. Hurt because I want touch those I love. Ache because I want to feel more connected. Longing because I know what love feels like & I want more. As I drift off to sleep my loves that are close enough to touch will be on my mind. I can't wait for the day that we r close enough to hold each other in our arms.

Bad day? This helps.
The breathing exercises are seriously helpful for helping me to cope with my depression. I hate it that no one can understand my depression, but that's the difficulty that I released with this exercise. If people were more aware that it's not a selfish act, maybe I would be happier. But, it's still evident in my life. Really wish I could find a medication for it that wouldn't make me sleepy.
