In these uncertain times, we easily get fixated on worrying and forget to be grateful for the good things in our lives. Yet gratitude practice is a great way of boosting your mood and feeling better, leaving us better resourced to deal with problems. Give it a go today - there's always something you can be grateful for..

Gratitude List
During difficult times finding things to be grateful for can help refocus your mind from a negative to a positive. I have a notebook that everyday I write down all my positives for the day. Breathing in gratitude this morning multiple things came to my mind. I am grateful for my hubby and I being able to spend extra time together while he is working from home. I am grateful for the beautiful Spring weather. Breathing in fresh air and feeling the sun radiating warmth is good for my spirit. I am grateful to connect with the Aura community. It feeds me with positive energy. May everyone find things to be grateful for today and everyday!

Breathing in Gratitude
Negativity bias happens to all of us, it is how our brain is wired. It is the main reason why it can be so difficult to think of any good when we are going through hard or uncertain times. However, we can counteract negativity bias by bringing to mind something that makes us smile and thus, something that we are grateful for. In this wonderful meditation, Jiva has us do just that by breathing in something we are grateful for. Sitting in an upright position, I became aware of my breath. Simply noticing the rising and falling of my chest, I became grateful for the higher intelligence that guides my body to breath on its own. Bringing my animals to mind, I began breathing in gratitude for their unconditional love, for the gentle nudge of my catโ€™s paw I feel on my face and even the startling whining and occasional bark I hear from my dog each morning. Bringing my mom to my mind, I began breathing in gratitude for her loving and caring nature. Bringing my surroundings to my mind, I began breathing in gratitude for the birds I heard and for feeling the sunโ€™s warmth on my skin. After bringing to mind a few of the blessings I have, I am filled with a glowing light. Taking a few moments to see the good in each day, we begin to feel better. When we feel better, we raise our vibrational frequencies. When we raise our vibrational frequencies, we see even more good in our lives. This domino effect creates miraculous things to occur in our lives. Breath in gratitude each and every day and begin to see it for yourself! Namaste ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿปโค๏ธโ˜ฎ๏ธ

I am grateful for my work
We rarely get to enjoy the fruits of our labor. This practice allowed me to. Iโ€™m so thankful for all the hard work and effort I put into my work, because I love my work. Itโ€™s an honor and not a job.
