In this meditation, we can learn to spread kindness by breathing in kindness for us and breathing out kindness for others. I couldn’t help but think of my nephew, Ryan, who just embarked on a new journey in his life today by joining the United States Air Force. I wish him well and hope that kindness reaches him so that he may not only be kind to himself, but have the ability to spread kindness to others. God Speed Ryan! β€οΈπŸ™πŸ»πŸ˜Š

Breathing in kindness for yourself is a beautiful way of showing your self some love. Then breathing out kindness for someone that is special to you is a beautiful way to send love to them. Imagine the ripple effect this would have if all of us did this everyday. 😍 During this session, I visualized my best friend that lives in Canada sitting across from me. We are holding hands. Sending that kindness and love back and forth to one another. I feel very connected to her at this moment as if she was right here. This warms my heart and makes me smile. My intention for the day will be to continue to spread kindness to others I come in contact with today. May your day be filled with kindness, love, and gratitude.πŸ™β€οΈπŸ€

Relaxing...
Their was a fun meditation. Feeling kindness coming in on my inhales...it felt like green goodness came In and spread itself all over every cell of my body. Then feeling goodness on my exhale was like a green mist covering the people I wanted kindness to go to. It was really fun to see each cycle in & out with goodness flowing everywhere... πŸ’šπŸπŸ€
