This morning meditation will guide you to breathe in delight as you are led to the small joys you almost missed when you rush through life. Take a deep breath in and let it all go. Again... Inhale gently, deeply… and exhale slowly. Take a few moments now just to be still, to feel your breath as it moves, to soften your muscles.
