It is necessary for our physical life and a power source for our energetic body. Learning how to control your breath is a great way to induce deep relaxation. In this meditation, you will combine the power of Confidence-building affirmations with the calming effect of counting breaths to reduce stress in the body while restoring the mind.

Release & Affirm
Every one of us has Greatness inside of us. This Greatness is our power, our purpose, our destiny. However, a lot of us donโ€™t act on this Greatness because we lack confidence. In this very empowering meditation, we release tension throughout our body while we shape our breath and follow up with saying affirmations to remind us of our Greatness. As a white light began to relax the crown of my head, face and neck, I began shaping my breath to a 7:pause:7:pause ratio. Afterwards, I repeated a few empowering affirmations. As this white light traveled down to my shoulders, arms and hands, I repeated the breath shaping and repeating affirmations. This systematic method of releasing and affirming continued until this white light had traveled down my entire body. Resting in this confidence, I feel fear leaving my body.
