The breath is our best friend in meditation, an always-available place to rest the attention and allow the mind to settle. We can't force the mind to be calm, but we can allow the awareness to settle on breathing and let the thoughts drift away.
Just by paying attention to the breath I felt more relaxed and rested. Over the last 69 years, I have breathed many breaths; I'm going to appreciate each one more now-
This session was a"breath of fresh air".

Heel, boy
I really like the metaphor of the mind being like a puppy that you can call to heel. Bring it back. I also like the fact that “heeling” the mind sounds like “healing” the mind. Nice!

Breathing and settling the mind
My observation of this meditation was that it is paced more like a quick jog in the park ....I much prefer a stroll . Please bring down the tempo. The message within is vital.

Peaceful
I learned how to calm my mind, by simply focusing on your breath seems too easy to work, but it works! Enlightening...

Interesting
I liked that this exercise was built more around just the awareness of breathing then focusing on a particular breathing method. An easy quick centering exercise. Great for a quick moment during the work day.

Pay attention to my breath!
Just breath in when it all gets to much, then breath it all out and let it go! I need practice!

It’s Okay To Lose Control
I was reminded that the mind will wander on its own and that’s okay. I can always bring attention back to my body breathing.

Not ever breath has to be perfect
I’m learning that even if my mind wanders every so often, that doesn’t mean I can’t have a great practice.
It will take time before I can fully emerge myself and let all of the thoughts blowing around my mind to rest.

To breathe
With each deep breath, we are able to clear our minds. So breathe in, and breathe out.

Stresd
I learned that finding my breath helped me to calm. Breath is with me all day if I need to calm myself.

automatic
whenever i do a meditation focusing on the breath, i always find myself breathing irregularly, sort of like breathing on manual. this is the first meditation that i felt calm enough that my breaths steadied and went to their normal pace :)

Jiva I am reminded by your meditation to just breath and let go the past difficulties in life. Move forward to what brings calming sounds that bring inner peace.

Wandering Mind
Everyone has a wandering mind, always thinking and analyzing. It’s a universal thing. Bring yourself back to your breathing to settle your mind.

Me
I feel like it’s a never ending battle of feeling and doing well for 2 steps forward and then falling 10 steps back. Only to repeat the process day after day.

Relax with the breath
I found the guidance a bit too much. I like some quiet there also. It actually made me anxious to hear talk about what our mind could be doing or what we may be thinking about. I was relaxed! It was hard to do. Less talking about negatives would be great.
