Breathing into tension
I learned That if you focus on sending your breath to arias of your body where there is tension , you can release the tension in these areas. When I was doing this practice, I visualized my breath coming in and out from my neck and the place between my shoulder blades. These locations on my body are usually very tight. Afterword, my neck and shoulders felt much better, less tight, and more relaxed. I frequently carry tension in multiple parts of my body, so, I fully intend to use the skills I learned in this practice to relieve this tension in the future. Thank you to those who work for this app for putting this track together , and for teaching me how to deal with physical tension. This was very helpful.
