This morning meditation will guide you to breathe into peace and let go of all the heaviness. Take a deep breath in… and as you exhale, feel your body begin to relax. Let go of any heaviness you may be carrying. Breathe in again… This time, feel the breath fill your chest. Feel the air filling you with calm, and as you exhale, let go of the weight in your body. Now, settle into your natural rhythm of breathing, without forcing it, just allowing it to happen. Notice the cool air as it enters your body, and the warm air as it leaves.
