This morning meditation will guide you to breathe in purpose and breathe out doubt as you exhale all uncertainty that clouds your vision. Find a comfortable position and gently close your eyes. Allow your body to settle, feeling the weight of it grounding you into this present moment. Take a deep breath in through your nose… and slowly exhale through your mouth. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more present. Feel the air entering your body, filling your lungs with life. Feel the exhale, the release, as you let go of everything you do not need right now.
