Self compassion
I have a hard time receiving compassion and loving kindness from others. It was much easier to send love outwards. When turning it inward I felt my stomach tighten and it was as if there was a wall in front of my heart blocking me from receiving their compassion. Can anyone relate with this? Open to suggestions for opening my heart.
