This morning meditation will help you breathe in the calm, letting go of any tension you are holding onto, and taking in the pure beauty that comes with each new inhale. Begin your practice by drawing your attention to your breath. Feel how the air enters your body, sending pulses of peace, and rest throughout your whole being, as you exhale. Notice when the air makes its way out, and how the sensation spreads and grows. Focus on letting go of any tension you’re holding onto, in your chest, and in your belly.
