Just breathe. This short meditation reminds you that you can always return to your breath. Your breath can serve as an anchor. It can help to return you to your center.

just a quick and simple exercise used at times of stress and anxiety. lately i have been feeling down, just stressed with life, however doing this meditation really calmed me down, and for that i am grateful ❤️
I used this meditation right before I started one of my finals. It helped calm me down and gave me the courage I needed to press the “start” button. :)
When things get hard, I hold my breath. Of course that never helps and just makes things worse
Breathing technique is the key to calm the thoughts and mind.
The breathing technique helps to align my body , my mind and soul allowing to feel all my sensations and acknowledging my presence in the now .
I notice that I am not taking deep breathes with a relaxed muscle body. I will build off of this to get more out of meditation.
