I love that I meditate because I meditate because it helps me relax and get stuff off my mind like my family and Freddieโ€™s mom and Iโ€™ve noticed that when I meditate all the negative things just zap right out of my mind and positive things come to my mind and I feel at peace and I can breathe and sleep again and I can relax and just breathe and be at peace and quiet calm down and pray I learned that godโ€™s with me through all the meditations and I know god loves me and he is always watching over me as I sleep and I pray to him and I say just watch over us as we sleep in Jesus name I pray Amen
