The more stressed I become, naturally the little extrAs like meditation get “pushed out” because I have so many other pressing “brain” things to do. But it is like trying to save time by skipping the gas station before you errands... yes, it temporarily feels like you are more productive, but if given enough time and mileage, it will catch up. Time like everything else needs and seeks balance. Work and play, rest and exercise, foods we need and foods we want, laughter and tears, time is a construct made by us, so it too is subjective and misleading. During a test, 30 minutes can feel like a lifetime, when saying goodbye, a lifetime feels like never enough.
