I’m reminded that confidence is a state of mind. I choose to be confident in my relationships with others. Both those that I know and those who are strangers to me. When I want to express confidence I merely smile. It lets others know....”I got this...” You should do it sometime. I feels great.

My favorite by far! This breathe exercise gave me a jolt of energy but a peace of mind. Such perfect breathing timing. I've never meditated in my break room before but I feel so at ease right now I'm gonna do it more often.

Harder than expected
I noticed that it was a bit difficult to get my belly to move significantly than I thought and it ended up being more effort than normal breathing (probably because I don’t really belly breathe). Because of that, I ended up focusing really hard on breathing and didn’t really think of much else.

Without realizing it, just breathing can take a lot of tension away. My anxiety becomes crippling at times and I’ve realized, while using this app, that a lot of times I’m holding my breath when i start feeling my anxiety rise and start to have panic attacks. I don’t breath normally when having my anxiety or panic attacks and that’s one of the reasons why they linger for so long. Just taking some deep breaths will relax me a little to the point where i can try to overcome my anxiety and panic attacks. This meditation really helped me today .

The premise for this meditation is great. Breathing is relaxing. However, I personally felt that the person who led this meditation went too fast, rushing the breathing. The rushed meditation wasn’t relaxing. I have always learned to be slow and intentional in our breathing. Rushing seems to defeat the purpose, in my humble opinion.

Losing Hard work
I have realized that it can be very annoying to lose something that you worked hard on so I then have seemed to calm down but has yet sent me into sadness for my lost hard work

Always return to the breath
Sometimes I forgot to really focus on the breath. I just go through the motions of meditation, but I’m not really meditating. This is a great meditation to remind me to always return to the breath. And it always makes me feel better.

The out-breath is a natural tension reliever. Your body relaxes as you breath out. Throughout the day take a few moments to focus on the way your entire body loosens up when you breathe out, and don’t forget to let whatever you’re holding onto leave with it.

I’ve learned that taking time for yourself isn’t selfish or bad in anyway. If you are going through a tough time or have been stressed about something always help yourself before you help others because the more you try to push away your negative feelings or hide said feelings others will sense the tension you are feeling so focus on yourself and work on these feelings trust me you will feel ten times better I would know

The more stressed I become, naturally the little extrAs like meditation get “pushed out” because I have so many other pressing “brain” things to do. But it is like trying to save time by skipping the gas station before you errands... yes, it temporarily feels like you are more productive, but if given enough time and mileage, it will catch up. Time like everything else needs and seeks balance. Work and play, rest and exercise, foods we need and foods we want, laughter and tears, time is a construct made by us, so it too is subjective and misleading. During a test, 30 minutes can feel like a lifetime, when saying goodbye, a lifetime feels like never enough.
