These meditations on breathing really do work. It amazes me how stress can melt away while meditating on my breathing! I am hooked on Aura!!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I’m reminded that confidence is a state of mind. I choose to be confident in my relationships with others. Both those that I know and those who are strangers to me. When I want to express confidence I merely smile. It lets others know....”I got this...” You should do it sometime. I feels great.

My favorite by far! This breathe exercise gave me a jolt of energy but a peace of mind. Such perfect breathing timing. I've never meditated in my break room before but I feel so at ease right now I'm gonna do it more often.

Harder than expected
I noticed that it was a bit difficult to get my belly to move significantly than I thought and it ended up being more effort than normal breathing (probably because I don’t really belly breathe). Because of that, I ended up focusing really hard on breathing and didn’t really think of much else.
