Focused!
What a great meditation to find focus and really get in touch with what focus feels like. It’s funny how this morning, the second I started really trying to focus about midway through this meditation, my mind began to act up and become awake. It suddenly became much harder to just return to the breath, as I had thoughts and plans just continually running through my head at that point. That difficulty, though, means that every time I was successful, I was strengthening the focus!

Ride the Breath
Instead of chasing away negative/unhealthy thoughts, let them ride the breath clear out of town. Namaste

Just breathe
Sometimes we overthink, overreact and overdo it. This reminded me to just breathe. The breathe is always there to calm you. I will continue to use this throughout the day.
