Breathing is so simple....
....yet so powerful. While at Hood college, class of 1994, I learned this Buddhist meditative technique from Dr. James Boston PhD. He, in turn, learn this technique from the Buddhist Masters in India, who’s technique was passed down from the Buddha himself to his followers over the last 2500 years. It is a simple breathing technique, yet, considering the fact that it been around for over 2000 years, there must be some truth to it.
